Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

The shipping and/or delivery arrangements for custom orders can be tailored to your needs, be sure to mention any special arrangements you'd like made when discussing your order with us.

For our online store customers, we currently offer three standard shipping options:

  • On-Site Delivery
  • UPS Ground
  • Pick Up

Any arrangments outside of the methods listed above must be arranged in advance on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to call us if you have special shipping needs for your order.

On-Site Delivery

Orders placed in one of ourline storefronts are delivered, by default, to the person responsible for coordinating your organization's orders.

In the case of a sport team this is most often the coach, who will then distribute the players' individual orders to them. To prevent confusion, each player's order is individually packaged for them with their name on it so that each player is sure to receive their complete order.

For other organizations, arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis by the organizers, customers should consult their group's coordinator for details on where and when to collect their orders.

UPS Ground

For people who wish to send items as gifts or cannot pick up their orders from either our facility or their organization's representative, we can ship your order out via UPS Ground for your convenience.

Custom orders, orders that require personalization, or include out of stock or non-stock items may require additional handling time. Please phone ahead to ensure that your order will be ready for pick up when you arrive.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

Custom Orders

In general, due to the customized nature of the products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders except in the event of an error on our part or defective merchandise. If you feel that we have made an error, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take steps to rectify any issues.

While Universal Screening Studio is not responsible for errors made on the part of the customer during the ordering process (ordering the wrong sizes, etc.), we will be glad to assist you in any way we can to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

Online Store Orders

Online items can be exchanged for a replacement item, or store credit if the item is no longer available.
